What’s your favourite thing to make? Decorating cakes and developing new recipes
What’s your favourite cake? Blueberry & Lemon
If you were a cake, what cake would you be? Salted Caramel, with lots of flowers on top
What were you doing before? Working as a pastry chef in a hotel and helping my mum run her food business
Where’s your favourite place to travel? Anywhere with a lot of beautiful nature!
Which one – chocolate or sweets? Chocolate, always!

Which one? Ice cream or cookies? Ice cream cookie sandwich!
What’s your big dream? To have my own little cafe someday in the future, and travel as much as I can.

Favourite thing to make: It’s always changing but currently the number cakes my favourite thing, they are so fun!
Favourite cake: Raspberry & White Chocolate
If you were a cake what would you be? I would be a raspberry and white chocolate cake
What were you doing before? I studied forest and environment management but I decided to go to a pastry school. So since then always worked as a pastry chef
Favourite place to travel? It would be Datca which is a small coastal town in Turkey. It’s so peaceful and beautiful

What’s your big dream? To be able to eat cakes and cookies all day every day and be able to get all the nutrition from them 🙂

Favourite thing to make: Big colourful celebration cakes with lots of layers
Favourite cake: I love a simple classic! Vanilla sponge with good jam and buttercream. Or with a salted dark chocolate ganache.
If you were a cake what would you be? I like to think I’d be a matcha and white chocolate
What were you doing before? I’ve worked as a youth practitioner across lots of different settings for the past 6 years
Favourite place to travel? Cyprus for a homely feeling. My favourite holiday was Kenya – perfect mix of safari and beach. Beautiful nature, food and people. Also love Mexico and Malaysia.

What’s your big dream? To have my cakes in magazines and travel the world as a cake maker to the stars!

What were you doing before? Baker for GAIL’s Bakery

What’s your big dream? To keep learning and becoming the best baker and decorator!
NAME: GABI
Favourite thing to make: Decorating cakes, especially the carrot cake with allll the flowers and glitter! And of course, making the perfect batch of squishy’s!
Favourite cake: Cheesecake, maybe with a layer of tangy lemon curd or raspberries on top! Or maybe not a cake, but my absolute daily favourite at P&G would be definitely our tiny peanut butter and raisin cookies!
If you were a cake what would you be? A blueberry macaroon, cause everything about macaroons and blueberries are tiny, cute and bubbly while being perfectly crispy, soft and chewy at the same time!
What were you doing before? I’ve been a barista and a vegan baker for the past 4 years while working on my artwork and travelling in the meantime
Favourite place to travel? That’s a really tough questions, but if I had to choose one it would be high up in the Nepalese or Indian Himalayas.

What’s your big dream? Simply always being surround by unconditional love – having a loving community, family, friend, art and loads of nature around me.

What were you doing before? I worked as a retail barista/ production assistant for caravan coffee roasters
Where’s your favourite place to travel? Barcelona

What’s your big dream? I want to finish my degree and go from there

What were you doing before? Working as a private chef
Where’s your favourite place to travel? The mountains, any mountain – preferably winter but love them winter or summer
