Please read carefully the following terms and conditions (the "Terms" or "Terms of Use"), because they constitute a binding agreement between you and Pearl and Groove Limited. By accessing the Website or by using any of its services, you indicate your acceptance to these Terms. If you do not agree with any or all the Terms of Use, you may not access the Website or use any of its services. When registering on our Site or purchasing a Product, by checking the box indicating your acceptance of this Agreement, you represent that (i) you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement and (ii) you are at least 18 years old, either entering into this Agreement for yourself or entering into it on behalf of your child or a child in your legal care. If you are a parent or guardian entering this Agreement for the benefit of your child, please be aware that you are fully responsible for his or her use of this Site, including all legal liability that he or she may incur. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name or password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of these terms and conditions, do not check the acceptance box when registering on our Site or purchasing a Product and do not attempt to access the Site.

SERVICE

When using the Website, you may review food and place an order for food and merchandise. Upon completing your order online, Pearl and Groove Limited will review your order and acknowledge receipt with an e-mail message that will be sent to your e-mail address. Please note that Pearl and Groove Limited e-mail notification does not constitute an acceptance of your order. The execution of your order and the charge of your credit card will be made directly by the venue that you ordered from and will be deemed as an acceptance of your order.

Terms and conditions for Purchase of food and non-food items from Pearl and Groove.

Pearl and Groove permits you to purchase food and non-food items from the website, in store and over the telephone. Any purchase made must adhere to the terms and conditions listed below:

1. Order errors

1.1 If you receive an order confirmation email and notice an error, please advise the bakery immediately. The bakery can be contacted via phone 0203 601 3316 or email cakes@pearlandgroove.com.

1.2 If your order is incorrect, please advise the bakery on the day the order is collected / delivered. The bakery can be contacted via phone 0203 601 3316 or email cakes@pearlandgroove.com. You must have a copy of your order confirmation as proof of payment / order. Management will do their upmost best to rectify any issues with the order.

2. Returns / exchanges 

2.1 Online: All non-food items purchased through the website are non-refundable. In the event an item is purchased and you wish to cancel the order, Pearl and Groove will issue a credit note that can be used in our store stores upon return of the undamaged / un opened item(s). In the event the item has been used or opened, Primrose Bakery will refuse the right to issue a credit note.

2.2 In store: If your order is incorrect or you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it as soon as possible to the store from which it was purchased from. You must bring proof of purchase and the item in question. We will exchange the item or offer some form of alternative. 

3. Faulty / damaged goods

3.1 If your item is damaged on arrival, please provide photographic evidence immediately to cakes@pearlandgroove.com. Management will do their upmost best to rectify any issues with the appearance of the food order.

4. Cancellations

4.1 If you wish to cancel a food item order, this must be done at least 24 hours prior to collection/delivery. You must contact the store.
