BROWN BUTTER RASPBERRY FRANGIPANE TART
We brown the butter before making this frangipane to make a super nutty intense flavour in the frangipane, it works so well with the raspberries and then the toasted flaked almonds on top. The pastry is buttery, flakey, melts in the mouth. It’s a great pudding with a big dollop of creme fraiche or double cream.
Your guests won’t have a clue it’s gluten free, you’ll definitely get the ‘are you sure it’s gluten free?’ question.
