Restaurant Raving - Kricket, Soho

We haven't been raving in any restaurants recently, just raving about them. One in particular.

So Meg’s boyfriend Will has a best friend called Will. Best friend Will is a chef (boyfriend Will definitely is not), and he just so happens to be one of the founders of Kricket - London’s coolest (in our opinion) Indian restaurant.

Kricket started life in Brixton, and now has a beautiful new premises in Soho. The food is outrageously delicious and the cocktails 👌.  With an open kitchen and bar style seating, the atmosphere is exceptionally warm and (excuse this word) ‘vibey’. Combine all of this with a menu based on ‘small plates’  and you’ve got a restaurant that it’s hard to stay away from (I might be going again this week. Addict? What?!).

Kricket is an ode to Mumbai, where metropolis meets tradition and the authentic meets the modern. It's a marriage that really works, and we highly recommend you swinging by Denman Street and paying the Kricket lads a visit. The samphire pakoras were our highlight of the night, although we ate so much we were basically delirious on leaving. So who knows if this is an accurate pick or not…. Everything on the menu is insanely good (hence our delirium). Go see for yourselves, we absolutely promise that you won’t be disappointed.
